   Charges may appear on your bank or card statement as "RV STUDIO."

     Billing Responsibility

     By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to contact support before initiating chargebacks. We will review and resolve billing issues in good faith.

6. Refund Policy

   Due to the digital nature of the services, purchases are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law . By purchasing a membership, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may be waived to the extent permitted by applicable law once access has begun.
   We may grant refunds at our discretion.
   This does not affect statutory rights under EU or French law.
    

7. Intellectual Property

   Removal may occur without prior notice.
    

9. Copyright Infringement

   If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@vamplust.com with identification of the work, location of the content, your contact details, and a good faith statement.
   We will investigate and act where appropriate.
    

10. Prohibited Conduct

    Users agree not to bypass payment systems, copy or redistribute content, attempt hacking or reverse engineering, use scraping tools, upload malicious software, harass staff or creators, or engage in illegal activities.
    Violations may result in termination without refund.

      Prohibited Content Policy

      The Platform strictly prohibits content that includes or depicts minors in sexual or suggestive contexts, non-consensual acts involving real individuals, human trafficking or exploitation, content promoting illegal activities, or extreme violence lacking fictional or narrative context.
      All content must remain fictional, consensual in narrative context, and artistic.

      Zero-Tolerance Policy on Exploitation

      RV Studio enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and abuse of real persons.
      Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

    It may include violence, blood, erotic elements, and power dynamics typical of dark fantasy.
    RV Studio does not endorse harmful or illegal real-world behavior.
    Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
